<!-- table:480 -->
点和 - H <= 25 - -2H - -H

Scoring and Payment
Scoring is the same as in the Beginner level: all yaku in the winning hand are added together according to the high-score method and the no-reuse-within-category principle.
The Basic level uses the Four Seas payment method, which is a 1-2 discard payment method with a payment line. On a discard win, small hands are paid by all opponents, while large hands are covered primarily by the discarder. In the Basic level, the payment line is 25 points.
On a self-draw win
All three opponents pay twice the hand score H, or 2H.
On a discard win
If the hand score is less than or equal to the payment line F = 25, the discarder pays 2H, and the other two players each pay H.
If the hand score is greater than F = 25, the non-discarding players each pay the payment line F, or 25. The discarder pays 2H and also covers the difference between the hand score and the payment line for the other two players, for a total payment of 4H - 50.
<!-- table:480 -->
Win Type - Condition - Discarder - Non-discarding Opponents
Self-draw - -2H - -2H
Discard win - H <= 25 - -2H - -H
Discard win - H > 25 - -(4H - 50) - -25
Minimum Score to Win
The standard minimum score for the is 10 points, whether the win is by self-draw or discard. Beginners may use 5 points instead.
